What have I learnt today? I've learnt to be confident and doing my best without being shy.
 What am I wondering? I'm wondering if I could probably help with the makeup.

Today we done physical warm ups, some voice technique, and also done some voice testing with the vocal coach.

Session 1 Term 4 Arts Kete

Opportunities that are available were lead solo roles which I offered to give a try. 

The challenges i've faced today is basically getting out of my comfort zone and not being shy anymore. 

Today we done some dances to two songs, and some group movement games. 

Art

Why did you choose this character? I choose this character because I am not really good at painting/drawing so I decided to make mine on a side view.

My character is looking at a mountain. 

I choose these colors because I wanted to have a gradient all around the painting.

100 word challenge

I got sent to space the year of 1961, its been 65 years since I last breathed on Earth, now it is the year of 2026. I woke up as a bright sunny light shined onto my face, the light slowly faded while I closed my eyes to rest some more. The light came back again as I look up and saw planet earth I started to slightly smile as my space ship started shooting through clouds beginning to arrive on land. I sadly discovered how earth became less colorful, less lifeless and how so much had changed in 65 years.

Kaitiakitanga

Kitiakitanga means guardianship and protection.

I think I would personally contribute by picking up rubbish to help make the environment more cleaner, and taking care of rivers by cleaning it. 

Gymnastics For PE

I love gymnastics because I like tumbling around.

 Today in gymnastic I...  had fear and insecurities.

I enjoyed most of the tumbling.

Next Week I am looking forward to bars and more tumbling.

Today we painted the colour wheel so we can be able to mix primary colours to make other colours.

SVA Beginnings

On the 22nd of February 2011, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake devastated Christchurch. For the next month the student Volunteer Army organised thousands of students to clean over 360,000 tonnes of liquefaction in over 75,000 volunteer working hours.

Business & Enterprise Reflection

Last week the group and I have finished gathering the ingredient we need to make the products, got all of the decoration we're going to be using on the day. The members of Sugar Rush have decided that I should take home the ingredients and make the products with the help of my Mum.

Today we finished the business cards which Sarah and I  have to hand them out to other companies.

This is my reminder and practice for posting about my learning (Not Perfect)

Maths Solving Practice Post

4 Forces of Planes

1.  Thurst
2. Gravity
3. Lift
4. Drag 

Challenge: To fine a paper plane that beats the rest of the class.

Aim: I want to find a paper plane that beats the rest of the class.

Thrust pushes the plane forward.

Lift pushes the plane up.

Gravity (or weight) pulls the plane down.

Drag pushes the plane backwards.

How can you change the forces from above to make the airplane go further? 

• Need to increase the thrust - to do this , I will throw harder.
• Reduced Drag.
• Change air flow - add ailerons.

When I was performing with the group I found to be honest performing difficult because I have a huge fear of stage fright so going up and performing was quite terrifying for me. I was happy that I overcame my stage fright and that I had fun with the group performing for the class. If I could go back and change something I think I would of changed the way I strummed on the guitar and I should of also tried to finger pluck the strings instead of just strumming.

I really enjoyed performing for the class and with my friends and I hope I can do it again sometime.
