I have reached LO1 cause I have explained how people using micro beads affects the marine world after micro beads have been going down the drain.

Q.1 What is the chemical in micro beads?

Polyethylene is the ingredient that's inside of micro beads which is also tiny pieces of plastic that exfoliates your skin. However scrubbing your skin with this chemical can be harmful for your skin. Exfoliating your skin is also important but you need to remember that your skin is fragile and it can be simply damaged.

Q.2 What makes micro beads so important?

Micro beads are a very important matter because we are using normal face scrubs that have micro beads in them which are tiny little plastic balls that are very toxic. There important  because we want everyone on board to ban micro beads and know that they are not good at all. There also really cheap which makes people go for them to save more money. People wonder how they end up in fish. Since they're so small that no fine can actually scoop them up.

Q.3 What good can come from micro beads?

The products with micro beads are surprisingly cheap comparing to other natural scrubs which are good for our environment and that’s why people buy the products that contains micro beads because they’re a lot cheaper. Micro beads also is a cheap alternative to remove the dirt and the dry skin leaving your skin very soft. You can be able to use it all week comparing to natural products which exfoliates as well but you can only use it once a week cause it's so good. The good news is some companies have already removed micro beads and replacing them with natural exfoliates which doesn't kill fishes.

Q.5 If we can use natural scrubs on our faces why do we need to use micro beads?

We don’t need micro beads essentially companies only use micro beads because they are cheap and make more money but they trick people to believe they actually are good. Micro beads are easier for companies then using natural ingredients it's a lot more work for them. The natural exfoliate face washes work so well that you can only use them once a week but the micro beads are so gentle that you can use it all week and it will run out quicker which you will have to buy more of the product.

As I felt the wind gliding on top of the surface on my skin I sensed my brain telling me to go back, but I didn’t listen to myself. That was the worst decision of my life.
